S. Mario Durrant, DVM:
Dr. Durrant has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 11 years. He graduated from Colorado State University and started practicing at Cache Meadow that very summer. He has been at Cache Meadow ever since. In January of 2008 Dr. Durrant became the owner of Cache Meadow Veterinary Clinic and looks forward to many more years of successful veterinary medicine practice.
VETERINARIANS
Joseph H. Kemp, DVM
Dr. Kemp first worked at Cache Meadow Veterinary Clinic as a Veterinary Technician. Upon completion of veterinarian school at Colorado State University in 2005, he returned to Cache Meadow as a DVM. He loves schnauzers and has 1 cat that is very old. Dr. Kemp is fun to work with and will do all he can to see that every pet is taken care of as well as he would care for his own pets.
OFFICE MANAGER
Aaron G. Taylor
Prior to working at Cache Meadow Aaron managed two Microsoft distribution accounts for MarketStar Corporation. These distributors operated out of Atlanta, GA and City of Industry, CA respectively. Aaron served a Mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Chicago, Illinois, in Portugal, and in Cape Verde, West Africa. Aaron speaks Spanish, Portuguese and Cape Verde Creole. He has a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's Degree from Weber State in Communication Studies. Aaron has 2 cats and love the salt water reef aquarium he has set up in the clinic (90 gallon). He is a paid member of the Wasatch Marine Aquarium Society (www.utahreefs.com) . Aaron has worked at Cache Meadow Veterinary Clinic since October 2005. Aaron is happily married to the most beautiful woman ever and has two of the cutest children that have been known to walk the earth since time began.

LEAD RECEPTIONIST
Nicole Porter
Nicole is originally from Soda Springs, Idaho. She attended Idaho State University (ISU) and is a Certified Legal Secretary. Nicole also earned an Associate Degree in Child Development at ISU. Nicole served an LDS mission to Anchorage Alaska and married David Porter on April 25, 2008. She has worked at Cache Meadow Veterinary Clinic since July 2005. You can have extreme confidence in Nicole when you call or walk through our doors. Nicole works with large animals when with her family on the ranch and also has dogs of her own.
LEAD TECHNICIAN
Katie Page
Katie started working at Cache Meadow Veterinary Clinic in July of 2005 as a kennel technician and through hard work has earned the title of Lead Technician in our clinic. Katie has multiple dogs of her own and loves helping others get the medical attention they need for their pets to maintain healthy and happy lifestyles. Katie will go out of her way to see that your pet is well taken care of while it is at Cache Meadow. Katie loves 4 wheelin' with her family and friends.
Lori Roberts
Lori has worked at Cache Meadow Veterinary Clinic part time since January of 2005. Lori attended Utah State University and is a certified labratory technician. Lori used to work with humans but now works with the staff at Cache Meadow instead (ha ha ha). Lori spends the majority of her time in the clinic working up front as a receptionist, however, she is just as talented when working as a techinician with the doctors. Lori has two Brittany Spaniels and a cat. Lori is a font of useful information if you have a circumstance that is puzzling you.
Amy Jaggi
Amy has worked at Cache Meadow Veterinary Clinic since July 2005. Amy is responsible for making sure that all new employees receive the training they need to succeed as a member of our staff. Amy spends most of her time at Cache Meadow working as a technician with the doctors and as a receptionist. Amy has completed veterinary technician school and is a reliable worker and leader within our clinic. Amy takes care of many animals at home. She has a chihuahua named Monkey a siamese cat named Jinx, a bunny named Bugsey and finally, a husband named Mike.
Alexa Campbell
Alexa started at Cache Meadow Veterinary Clinic as a student intern approximately 2 years ago. Alexa is still working to complete her B.S. degree at Utah State before applying for Veterinary School to pursue her dream. Alexa is willing to do anything to help anyone in need.
Tracey Hardman
Tracey has worked at Cache Meadow Veterinary Clinic for about two years now as a kennel technician. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness are her strengths. You can be certain that your pets will be well cared for while they are boarding when Tracey is working with them.
Kelly Mikesell
Kelly recently accepted a scholarship at ISU and will be attending school this fall to begin pursuit of her Veterinary license. Kelly has worked at Cache Meadow for approximately 16 months as our Kennel Manager and a veterinary technician and receptionist. Kelly knows the patients that board with us and loves animals in general.
THE REAL BOSS
Murray the cat
Murray was retained at Cache Meadow Veterinary Clinic for blood donation purposes. Ironically, Murray has horrible veins, so she has room for improvement as a blood donor. Murray loves sleeping on Dr. Durrant's files and occasionally kicking them on the floor. Murray loves eating Dr. Kemp's deli sliced ham sandwhiches and shedding all over the doctor's desks. Murray loves food and lack of exercise and bossing people around. See Murray at her best pictured below.
LEAD TRAINER
Jim Miller
Jim's father (Dr. Robert J. Miller) is the former owner of Cache Meadow Veterinary Clinic. Jim is following in his father's footsteps to become a veterinarian. He is pursuing pre-vet courses at USU and plans to attend veterinarian school upon completion of his B.S. degree at USU. Jim currently is a veterinarian technician and also a receptionist for Cache Meadow Vet Clinic. He has a fun personality.
Kristin Sittner
Kristin loves to show dogs of various breeds. Kristin also helps identify dogs that have potential to help law enforcement in search and rescue situations and narcotic identification scenarios. Kristin is a kennel technician and is a student at Utah State. Kristin prides herself on quality.
Seleste Boyle
Seleste is Cache Meadow's newest team member. If your pet is boarding with Cache Meadow you can feel comfortable knowing Seleste is one of the 3 people that will be caring for your pet while you are away. Seleste started as an intern at Cache Meadow while working on her veterinary assisting certificate at Bridgerland Applied Technology Center. Seleste loves animals and is currently pursuing her veterinary technician certificate.
Mike Orencole
Mike has worked for multiple veterinary clinics in the valley in order to diversify his animal medicine experience. Mike is waiting to hear if he is accepted to veterinary school. Mike works as a receptionist and technician at Cache Meadow and is a reliable worker and person. Mike loves Harley Davidson motorcycles and has plenty of riding stories to tell.
Part Time Veterinarians
Kerry Rood, MS,DVM
Dr. Rood is our part time weekend veterinarian. Dr. Rood is an extension veterinarian at Utah State University and seeks to maintain practical skills and experience while at USU. Dr. Rood is very outgoing and hopes that everyone enjoys their visit to Cache Meadow while he is there. And don't let the name fool you, he is actually very polite.
Robert J. Miller, DVM
Dr. Miller is the previous owner of Cache Meadow Veterinary Clinic and currently works two days per week at Cache Meadow. Dr. Miller also owned Animal Medical in Preston, ID at one time. He currently owns and operates a fishing lodge in Alaska titled, "Land's End Lodge". Dr. Miller loves being outdoors, especially hiking and blazing new trails. Dr. Miller also loves scouting! You can feel confident when you see Dr. Miller that you are seeing an experienced veterinarian.
